Book S, page 153:  Deed 95 acres; Joseph Dickson to James Gibson, Jr.    1825

This Indenture made and entered into this 29th day of July, in the year of our
Lord, one thousand eight hundred and twenty five, between Joseph Dickson of the
county of Rutherford and State of Tennessee of the one part, and James Gibson
Jr. of the county and state aforesaid of the other part, witnesseth that the
said Joseph Dickson for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred and
fifty dollars to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof he doth hereby
acknowledge...west fork of Stones River ... Alexander Donelson's tract...In
witness whereof the said Joseph Dickson hath [  ] to set his name and affixed
his seal the date above. Witnessed and acknowledged & delivered in presence of
James Gibson Sen.
