Deed Book 10-19 1845-1857 Madison Co, TN. 583-584 Dec 1848 Circuit Court, Madison Co., TN. James G MAYO adm of William DANIEL, filed his petition to sell lands in the estate to pay debts. Clerk of this court was ordered to sell lands and on March 5, 1849, he sold to James W. Daniel for $100, 296 acres. John L. Brown Clerk of this court now made a clear deed to J.W. Daniel for this track. April 28, 1852 Reg. May 3 1852. 488-490 June 27, 1871 recorded a deed by decree for 150 acres to F.M. Welch of record in Deed Book 40 page 488-490 June 27, 1871 from Albert J. Daniel, Bennett Daniel, Freeling Daniel, Hubbard Daniel, Nancy Daniel, Nathan Daniel, Frances Ann Savage, John W. Daniel, James Daniel. The foregoing are the heirs of Greenberry B. Daniel after his death in 1867 in Hardeman Co., TN. 259-260 John W Love, Navarre Co., TX., William J. Love, William F. Daniel and Josephine Daniel formerly Love, Freestone Co., TX. Gave POA to James R. Williamson, Navarre Co., TX. To receive for them their interest in the estate of our father Joseph B. Love late of Madison Co., TN. Dec 3 1857 Reg Jan 26 1858. State of Tennessee William G. Cockmill Register of said County certify that the foregoing deed and Clerks certificate was duly filed in my office this day at 2 O'clock P.M. and noted in Minute Book No 3 page 103. Witness my hand at office this 10th day of March 1856. This indenture made this 10th day of March 1856 between William Daniel of the county of Madison and the State of Tennessee of the one part and Berry Daniel of the county and state aforesaid of the other part. The said William Daniel for and in consideration of a title bond accepted by me on the 15 day of February 1853 the aforementioned money being five hundred dollars of which three hundred and fifty dollars has been pain by said Berry Daniel the receipt of which has been acknowledged, given and granted, bargained, sold confirmed unto said Berry Daniel his heirs and descendents forever. ================================================================================ Submitted by Charlotte Holloway CHoll37278@aol.com
