Arlie Reed
December 4,1938-May 6,2000

Funeral services were conducted May 8, 2000, at Reeds 
Chapel Church of God for Arlie Reed, 61, of Grandview,TN. 
who passed away May 6, 2000.  Burial was in Reeds Cemetery. 
The Rev. Ricky Smith and the Rev. Donald Haggard officiated. 
Pallbearers were Don Brock, Kevin Bowman, Roger Palton, 
Gene Kilby, David Godwin and Walter Hunt.
Mr. Reed was born on Dec. 4, 1938, in Rhea County, TN. the 
son of Jesse H. and Lona Mathis Reed.
 
Survivors include his wife, Donna Sue Reed of Grandview; 
daughters, Debbie Ann Reed, Karen Brock and Kathy Lynn 
Bowman, all of Grandview; sons, Terry Lee Reed, Danny Ray 
Reed and Christopher Allen Reed, all of Grandview; 
stepchildren, Joshua Alex Rector and Kelley Michelle Rector; 
sisters, Cleo Berry of Richmond, IN, Pauline Hendrickson of 
Hermitage, TN, and Wanda Reed of Grandview; brothers, 
Robert E. Reed, Dennis Reed, J.E. Reed, Ervin Reed and Chester 
Reed, all of Grandview; and grandchildren, Crystal Gale Reed, 
Brandon Allen Rector, Nicholas John Bowman and Dylan Shane 
Brock.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse H. and Lona Reed.
Burris Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
