James Ridley Knox, 65, of Crossville,TN. passed away, Sept. 4, 1996 .
Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7,1996, 
from the Chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home with interment at the Harris 
Cemetery. 
Pastor Robert Hallatt officiated.
Pallbearers were Delmer Wyatt, Greg Hall, Kenny Spiva, Alan Hill, 
Donnie Knox and Gerald Brown.
Mr. Knox was born Sept. 4, 1931 in Cumberland County,TN., to 
Crockett and Jessie Garrison Knox. He was a farmer. 
Survivors include his sisters, Gladys Pendergrass of Crossville,TN., 
Agnes Hall of Crossville, Mary Conatser of Decatur, Ala., Jewell Hill 
of Lawrenceville, Ga., and Alice Brown of Loganville, Ga.; brother, 
Raymond Knox of Crossville and niece, Leona Wyatt of Crossville,TN.
Bilbrey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
