William C. Hartsook

William C. "Tommy" Hartsook, 72, Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, 
died unexpectedly Friday, September 19, 2003, at Sycamore Shoals 
Hospital.
Mr. Hartsook was a native of Sullivan County and the son of the 
late John C. and Rowena Hyatt Hartsook.
Mr. Hartsook was of the Holiness faith and a former employee of 
Elizabethton Herb and Metal.
Survivors include his wife, Roberta Gentry Hartsook, of the home; 
a son, William C. Hartsook Jr., Elizabethton; a sister, Ollie King, 
Kingsport; and a brother, Frank Hartsook, Bluff City. Several nieces 
and nephews also survive.
The memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 
25, in the Riverside Chapel of Tetrick Funeral Home with the Rev. 
Doug Wagner officiating. The family will receive friends at the 
funeral home from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, prior to the service. Those 
who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to the 
Carter County Emergency and Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 682, Elizabethton,
