First I derect that my funiral expences and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of my money that I may die possessed of or that may first comeinto the hands of my Executors. Secondly I give to my wife Jinsey Wilbourn for ever all the property she had when I married her and such other things as she has made since our marriage to make such disposition of as She may think proper. I also give and bequeath to my wife as a bove all of the property I may leave during her natural life or widderhood but if she should marry again it is my will that the property be equally divided between my wife as aforesaid and my sons Thomas and William Wilbournd I do not intend to give my son Cabel Wilbourn anything mor as I consider he has had his part neither do I intend giving anything more to any of my Daughters their children or husbands as I have given them their portion. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife Jinsey Wilbourn my Executrix and my frien Thomas Gray my Executor.
