JOHNATHAN ROSE'S WILL CONFIRMED

State of Tennessee

Pleas before the Supreme Court of said State at Jackson at April Term 1860
towit Jackson Tuesday April 10th 1860.

The parties appear by their attorneys and there upon the record proceedings
and judgement of the court below being reed and understood by the Court and it
appearing that in the said there is no error.  It is therefore considered that
the judgement aforesaid be in all things affirmed that the said paper writing
maintained in the pleadings and declaired as the last will and testament of
Johnathan Rose Deceased and that said will together with a transcript of the
judgement be sent to the  County Court of Carroll County to be recorded.  It
is therefore considered that the defendent recover of Plaintiff & of W. P.
Dunn his security for the posicution of his appeal the cost of this cause and
that execution issue.
